Plasma
Cutting
J.M.F. Ltd have installed the largest state of the art 661 Whitney
Plasma/Punch in Europe capable of handling 6m x 2.5m x 20mm plates.
Folding
Edwards Pearson. CNC Press Brakes are operated in the workshop,
giving a capacity of 500 tonne and 7.2 mtr length, making it one
of the largest presses in Ireland.
Laser
Cutting
J.M.F. Ltd have 2 Amada Apelio laser punch machines. These machines
are complete with automatic loading and unloading, and operate
24 hour cycles. We also have 2 newly installed 4.4 KW lasers complete
with automatic loading systems.
Welding
J.M.F. offers mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium welding and
fabrication services.
Punching
J.M.F. has invested greatly in state of the art metal punching
machinery. We are able to plasma punch up to 15mm thick material
and laser punch up to 6mm thick material.
Established in 1983 J.M.F. Ltd has
grown to be one of the largest metal sub-contractors in Ireland.
Having heavily invested in the latest machinery we are equipped
to handle high volumes.
