Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can
return the item within 28 days of despatch in its original ‘unworn
condition’, or in the case of any creams/liquids purchased
‘unused condition’and we will refund the product price.
This does not include P & P. This does not affect your statutory
rights as a consumer.
If the product is returned due to packing error, administration
error or if the item is faulty you are entitled to a full refund
within 28 days. This does not affect your statutory rights as
a consumer. Incorrectly ordered or unwanted goods must be returned
within 28 days to be eligible for a partial refund. All incorrectly
ordered goods or unwanted products are subject to a 15% restocking
charge.
