• Parents wishing to purchase, or act as guarantor
on investment property for their sons or daughters at University.
Urban Pulse Property Investments ltd charge 1.5%
of the price that you pay for your off plan property. At no other
stage of the purchase will any other fee be due to Urban Pulse.
Fees will be due upon signing a contract / exchange of missives.
(Should the exchange become void at any stage Urban Pulse will
be owed nothing with regards fees.)
This fee represents excellent market value. Buyers
from Urban Pulse can further benefit from enjoying numerous preferential
rates from other associated services. There is however no obligation
to use these and should you feel that you know how to do it better
or cheaper then we would encourage you to do just that!
After the purchase of your off plan property in
Scotland, Irelamd or England has completed, this may only be the
beginning of your involvement with us. If you want we can engage
the relevant alliances on your behalf to aid in the furnishing
of the property, the rental or a resale, all at preferential rates
exclusive to Urban Pulse Property Investments. Payment for additional
services will be forwarded to the buyer. (Our fee will only increase
should our involvement extend to management of the property following
purchase.)
And remember, although we can provide these
services at preferential rates, we never accept 3rd party commission
for our role in bringing our clients to them!
